Independence Green DGC

Pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness, length, elevation and challenging variety of shots on this 9 hole course. Plenty of opportunities to get into trouble with tunnel shots through severe rough, tall grass, water, and marsh. Most of the fairways are grass and well maintained. Good baskets, natural pads. The park is very clean. UDisc is mandatory for navigation with several little trails to cross to get to the next hole.

I really enjoy this course. Has a unique feel relative to other options in the area. There’s plenty of room to expand to 18 holes. I hope that will happen one day.
