The Delaware Disc Golf Club was officially established in 1982 but saw many of its roots in the mid 70's. The club is responsible for upgrading the six original state park courses from 9 hole to 18 hole courses. The DDG is also responsible for installing Trap pond, Iron Hill, Greenridge and hosting multiple National Tour events at Iron Hill. The community now and the board are responsible for assisting the local course crews with fundraising for course improvements, community outreach, competition and ensuring the growth of the sport within the State of Delaware.
