ECDGT - Innova Island Open at Hillcrest Farm

Welcome to the fourth event in the inaugural year of the East Coast Disc Golf Tour!

Please join us for the newest event in the Atlantic provinces, the Innova Island Open present by Innova Discs! This annual favorite showcases one of the best courses in our region and across the globe - Hillcrest Farms DGC. This is now a 3-round PDGA B Tier guarantees added cash, extra points towards worlds invites and is always an amazing tournament atmosphere.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to current registration numbers we will be capping registration and moving to a 3-round event. There will be 2 rounds on Saturday and a final round on Sunday.

Please join us in celebrating the return of Hillcrest Farms into the competitive disc golf world with this event. All proceeds from this event will be returned to the course to assist with the continued restoration of the course.

Players will be pleased to hear we once again have the support of Chain Reaction Disc Golf Supply (https://chainreactiondiscgolf.ca) across the entire 2024 tour! CRDGS will make items available at Hillcrest Farms for players pack redemption (details coming soon)

FRIDAY DOUBLES

As an optional event we will be holding an unsanctioned random doubles cash round on Friday evening. Entry fees is per person and the format and matching will be announced on our socials closer to the event.

Registration in the doubles also covers your practice round fee for Friday.

PLAYERS PACKS / PRIZES

Amateur players will receive the following:
- $30 Chain Reaction Disc Golf Supply Store Credit
- CTP prizes for every card in Round 2
- Win Your Card prize for Round 3
- Points awarded towards 12-event tour series with year-end prizes & trophies

Added cash for all Open divisions & trophies.

Saturday (Round 1 & 2) & Sunday (Round 3) start times TBD based on registrant #s.

$5 Ace Pot (all divisions).

Tee assignments:

Blue – MPO, MP40, FPO, and MA1
Red – FA1, FA2, FA40, MP50, MA2, MA40 and MA50

Pass Through Fees as of May 9th:

Green Fees $24.00 - This is the 2024 fee per Hillcrest Farms
PDGA Per Player Fee $4.00
ECDGT Fees $6.00

The East Coast Disc Golf Tour is a tournament series in Atlantic Canada providing a high quality event experience and season long point race. Join us at any or all of the 12 scheduled events to enjoy some of Atlantic Canada's finest courses and elite competition! Each player's best 5 finishes count towards overall standings in the hunt for overall tour titles and prizes!

East Coast Disc Golf Tour is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All refunds will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 - https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

As of May 25th. Anyone withdrawing from the event will be subject to:

D. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

E. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund of their entry fee OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
