6th Annual Emporia Ladies Open presented by Dynamic Discs

The 6th Annual Emporia Ladies Open is a ladies-only event in Emporia, KS! The event is a two-day tournament. Two rounds of 18 holes at Peter Pan Park (one round on Saturday, October 5, and one on Sunday, October 6). The course will be set to be fun yet challenging for all divisions.

Tee times will start at 8 am, and players will tee off every 10 minutes on day 1. On day 2, players will do a shotgun start at 8 am. The player cap is 124. Player Packs for all divisions. Optional Ace Pot for $5. The money will go toward the 2024 ace pot if there is no ace during the tournament. The 2024 Ace Pot is $1,000 before any additional fees from this year. CTP prizes will be awarded this year on day 1! Win your card prizes will be awarded on both days!

Tee time start time will depend on registration numbers. The tee time start could be later than 8 am but not earlier.

Must be a current member of the PDGA to participate in a B-Tier. (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/101).

This event is the finale of the Heartland Women's Series. The Heartland Series will award the top players and their royalty during the event.

CADDIE PACKS
Caddie packs are available for purchase, including a special design caddy shirt, event disc, and a bonus item for $40. We will not be providing caddies, but we can help yours look awesome while supporting the event.

Caddies are welcome WITHOUT the purchase of a pack. The pack is to enhance the caddie's experience.

PLEASE NOTE
Due to the difficulty of predicting player participation, we can not guarantee a full player pack and shirt size availability for registrations after Tuesday, September 6.


SCORING
We will be utilizing the PDGA Digital Scorecard. Players, caddies, or volunteers can record hole scores in real-time at pdga.com/score. Paper scorecards will still be available to those wanting to keep paper, but we will use digital scoring for final scores. The ACCESS CODE is ELO, and it is not case-sensitive.

PLAYER PARTY
On Saturday, October 5, the players' party is from 6–8:30 pm. More information is TBD and coming soon!

TROPHIES & PAYOUT
We will follow PDGA standards for payout. Am payout will be to the Dynamic Discs Retail Store (912 Commercial St) or dynamicdiscs.com. Pros will be paid out via PayPal.

Recreation and Junior Divisions are trophies only.

We offer hole sponsorship, allowing you to have a sign with your business name or logo near the tee pad for one of the 18 holes. Hole Sponsorship is $40. Interested? Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to [email redacted].

More than seven days before the event, cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.

Participants canceling under seven days from the tournament date will receive their refund in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.

If the participant fails to contact us properly to cancel their spot before the event sstarts, they will forfeit their entry fee. We will give no player’s packages to non-competitors instead of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.
