2 Berths will be awarded to Michigan Amateur State Championships (Description of how they will be awarded is below.) This year we have 2 additional berths that the MDGO has dictated that they will go to a men's age protected division, and to a women's division.

Open players will not have a players pack with 100% of their registration being paid back out to the field.

$5 Ace Pool
$5 50/50 (50% to the ctp, 50% to the club)

All divisions will use the normal marked tee pads. All Open divisions and MA1 will play the long position on hole 9. All other divisions will use the short pad.

There will be walk-up music on hole 1 for all players, your choice will be required when you register.

All amateur payouts will be handled digitally by our event retail sponsor, Evolution Disc Golf. Players who win payouts in their division will receive a code by email with your event payout amount to use in their online store. Thank you to them for all of their amazing help. This year we will have 5 berths to the Michigan Amateur State Championships to hand out. The winner of these berths will be decided by a ctp throw off by the winners from the amateur divisions if the divisions have at least 3 players to make them viable. 1 berth is reserved for a women's division, and 1 more is reserved for an age-protected division.

Trophies will be awarded to functional divisions of 3 or more players.

Lunch will be available from Riverfront Grille. At check in, if you would like to order a personal pizza, you can order and pay for it then, and it will be brought to the park at the break between rounds.

To help address the sandbagging issues at the Michigan State Championships, a motion was made and the Motion was passed:
a. For the Am2/Am3 (including the women) divisions in Featured Events, if there is a player that takes 1st or 2nd place and that player has never had a PDGA membership the Featured Event will deduct from that players payouts $35 to cover the cost of buying them a PDGA membership.
b. The remaining $10 was initially paid by the player at entry.
c. The last missing $5 is because the MDGO is an Affiliate Club.
d. Non-current PDGA members do not apply.
e. The MDGO will reimburse $17 to the FE to help cover any loss.
f. It is HEAVILY stressed that this needs to be advertised so the player base is aware of this prior to the event.

This was passed to address the issue of players not having player ratings. Even if they are not current, the TD does get a file from the PDGA that includes the player's rating.
