About this tournament
Yin Yang is coming to Spokane!! This is a unique 2 round C-Tier. We will be designing a whole new safari layout at Camp Sekani that roughly follows the course BACKWARDS. We will play this layout during round 1, and play the course normally during round 2.
Players will throw from nearby the hole's original basket to a portable basket placed directly on the teepad in most cases. With all of the elevation changes and sloped greens we will have to get a little creative to create safe teepad areas. And we will definitely see some crazy pin locations!
This is our second year running Yin Yang events. We are based out of the Seattle area but will be making the trek over the mountains in my RV for this July 4th weekend. Likely getting into town Friday afternoon/evening and setting up for Saturday's event.
We are donating $1 per player to support local FPO player Melodie Bailey as she continues to battle cancer. We are looking for other sponsors willing to match this donation! You can read about Melodies story and donate directly here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/my-cancer-is-back-and-i-need-help?utm_campaign=p_cp+fundraiser-sidebar&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_source=customer
Can't think of a better way to spend a hot 4th of July weekend than with some safari golf at a scenic long bomber course with lots of elevation changes! We are going to have a ton of fun designing 20 unique holes out there.
We will do our best to provide as much info as we can provide in a caddybook sent out before the event! This will be 2 rounds of 20 holes.
There will be a player's pack disc for all players. CTPs for every division during the reverse round. Trophies for every division. Ams will be playing for script and Pros for cash.
Thanks to our sponsors we have $300 in added cash for this event! I am going to split this $150 into the prize purse for Pro divisions and $150 into script payouts for Am divisions.
We are so excited to bring this event to Camp Sekani! Hope to see you out there!
