Refund policy
Flight Factory is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Cancellations will be handled in accordance with PDGA policy. Refunds requested after 9/27 for amateur divisions will be subject to either a 25% cash refund, or, players may receive the player pack in lieu of a refund. Any raffle tickets or ace pot money will be refunded in full.
