》17th Annual 2024 LODGE Team Event《
August 31st, 2024 ~ 288 players will descend upon The Lodge at Taylor Ranch for the 17th annual Lodge Team Event! This is a one day, two round, 4 man team disc golf event. The format will be one round of Best Shot Doubles and one round Total Team Score.
~As always, you have two divisions to choose from, GOLD and SILVER.
》Gold - $280 team ratings cap is 3700 (925 average per player)
》Silver - $220 team ratings cap is 3500 (875 average per player)
》Ace Pot optional: $5 ea/$20 Team
》Player ratings will be determined first, by current/published PDGA rating updated on May 14th and June 11th, 2024.(The lower of the two can be used) For players without a current PDGA Rating, rounds played through various club minis, club events and other sources will be used to determine a player rating at the TD's discretion. These will be determined by request only by your TD, Avery Jenkins, June 1st- July 1st.

》When signing up your team you will need the following information: Team name, Team Captain and contact information, each player’s name, phone number, PDGA rating if available, or the club where that player has published rounds. The more information you can provide on a non-rated player, the better. Payment must be made in full for the team at the time of entry. Please gather and be prepared pay the full amount during registration. Your Team Captain will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of your entry. During this time your Teams ratings will be verified. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants or Teams that do not fall within the division caps or players that have been restricted from the property. You will then have the following 72 hours to replace eliminated players/restructure your Team. After 72 hours, if replacements aren't found, your place will be refunded and given to the first Team in that divisions "waitlist".
》Camping is available and encouraged for the full Lodge experience. There are limited spots with electric and water available for $30, per night. Primitive camping is also available, $5 per camper per night and kids 10 and under camp for free! Locations are up to the campers, however please do not camp near any tee area, fairway or green.
》With respect to the Taylors allowing us access to their beautiful property, the only vehicles to be allowed on the courses at ANY time will be: ATVs, UTVs and Golf Carts. There will be no other vehicles allowed at any time, including prior and post event. These are the new rules for the property year round.
》Rob's Golf Carts in Skiatook is teaming up with Golf Carts of Tulsa for this event. Call Rob at 918-697-1632 to reserve your Teams transportation!
