About this tournament
The Bay County Disc Golf Community is proud to host the 2024 Northwest Florida Disc Golf Championship. This will be a PDGA Sanctioned C-tier event.
MA1, MA40, MP40, MPO will play the blue layout.
MA2 and MA50 will play the white layout.
All other divisions will play the red layout.
This is a Trophy only event.
Each division with 4 or more participants will receive a custom first place trophy. Divisions with 8 or more will have custom 2nd place trophies.
Divisions with 12 or more will have custom 3rd place trophies.
Trophies will be ordered based on recorded registrations on May 5th.
These will be great trophies that all will want on their mantle!
Player's Pack - this year all amateur players will be provided at minimum, a custom dyemax disc, beach towel and shoe bag for those awesome smelling disc golf shoes. More to come on this. players pack is subject to change based on availability. Register by May 5th to guarantee an amateur players pack.
RAFFLE
You do not want to miss the AMAZING NWFL DISC CHAMPIONSHIP RAFFLE!. The raffle will be drawn on Saturday.
The raffle package will include a minimum of 2023 Ledgestone Grip A-TS bag, a Marksman basket, a Grip G series bag, 2 Paratrooper bags as well as many more discs and accessories. There will also be a mystery box that will have all kinds of exciting discs! You don't want to miss this opportunity to win amazing accessories.
All registrations include a mandatory $5 green fee that goes to Bay County Parks and Recreation for use of the park.
Refund policy
Bay County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.
All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee to not exceed $10.
Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack
If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
