About this tournament
A non-sanctioned event featuring one round of 18 holes. All divisions will play YELLOW layout (long tees to the red baskets - par 55). Brought to you by Disc Culture - Washington County's MVP/Axiom/Streamline retailer - with assistance from the Allegany County Disc Golf Club and the new Hub City Disc Golf Association.
FORMAT
One round of singles play over 18 holes. Minimum three per card.
Registration info
- Pre-registration required
- $45 for general public
- $5 discount for ACDGC members
- Email [email redacted] if you have a question about club membership
- Requests for card mates should be send to [email redacted] and should be sent at time of registration. No guarantee requests will be fulfilled.
- Entry fee includes lifetime membership into the Allegany County Disc Golf Club.
PLAYER'S PACK
- Three discs per player from MVP/Axiom/Streamline. As of April 27, MVP has not yet released details.
AWARDS
- Multiple divisions based on size and make-up of the field. The goal is (at a minimum) Men's Advanced, Men's Rec, and Women's (and hopefully Advanced and Rec there as well), in addition to specific Juniors divisions as appropriate. Minimum two per division for Women's/Juniors categories.
- Awards TBD. Stay tuned.
SCORING
- The event will utilize uDisc for scoring. At least one player per card must keep score, and a card's designated scorekeeper can rotate throughout a round.
- If a player does not have a uDisc account, they should create a free uDisc account before event day and ensure their "screen name" is their true first and last name.
RESULTS
- Results will be posted on the Facebook pages of Disc Culture, the Allegany County Disc Golf Club, and the Hub City Disc Golf Association.
Notes
- Though a non-sanctioned tournament, all participants are expected to abide by the spirit of all PDGA rules in helping to provide a welcoming, nurturing, and educational competitive environment. PDGA rules apply.
- Experienced players are to be supportive of newer players while maintaining the integrity of the competitive format.
- This event reserves the right to reject any entry, for any reason.
