About this tournament
Welcome to the Henry County Disc Golf Club located in Henry County, Georgia.
HCDGC calls J.P. Mosley DGC in Stockbridge, Georgia and The Tracks at McDonough in McDonough, Georgia home. J.P. Mosley DGC is one of the largest courses in Georgia, with 37 unique holes and multiple tee pads and/or basket locations for most holes. The Tracks at McDonough is an 18-hole championship level course with multiple tee pads on most holes to accommodate a variety of skill levels. These courses are regularly ranked among the top courses in the state of Georgia. HCDGC provides volunteer time for the stewardship of these great courses through partnership with the City of McDonough and Henry County Parks and Recreation.
Membership in HCDGC is not only about maintaining and improving our great local resources, it is also about enjoying the game of disc golf through an established and growing community of players. Club members are active locally, throughout the Atlanta metro area and, in some cases, nationally through partnerships with industry leading manufacturers. Whether you are a disc golf veteran, new to the sport and wanting to improve, or just looking for a new way to be more active, HCDGC is a great place to enhance your disc golf journey.
2024 HCDGC membership includes:
⁃ A club stamp Innova Champion plastic disc golf disc.
⁃ A $5 Discount toward 2024 PDGA membership or renewal. HCDGC is a 2024 PDGA affiliate club.
⁃ The opportunity to participate in the 2024 Southside Bag Tag season presented by the Newton County and Henry County Disc Golf Club’s (all participants must be a member of either the Henry or Newton club).
⁃ Opportunities to be involved in the development and opening of Henry County’s newest course at Bud Kelly Park.
⁃ Opportunities to participate in HCDGC 2024 members only events. Past events have included club trips (e.g. the International Disc Golf Center and Hall of Fame, Flyboy Aviation, North Georgia Canopy Tours, etc.), play/cookout events, and glow rounds to name a few.
⁃ Voting rights in HCDGC elections. This benefit provides you the opportunity to help guide the future of disc golf in Henry County.
⁃ Opportunities to connect with some great people while playing some of the best courses in the Atlanta area and the state of Georgia.
