Fundraiser For Reed City Track
About this tournament
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
This tournament will NOT be a sanctioned event. It is going to be at Rambadt Park (700 N Park St, Reed City, MI 49677) and will consist of 2 games with normal scoring. There will be a 45 minute break in between the last card to come on the first round until the first tee off of the second round. The divisions will be based on skill and the amount of people we get signed up.
Payouts will be determined by how many people you have and the amount in the pot. We will be ONLY accepting cash and registration will be at the park under the pavilion. This is a fundraiser event so half of the money you pay into the tournament will go towards the Reed City Track and Field program and the other half will go to the players' payouts. 20$ buy into tournament so 10$ of your money will go to the Track and Field program while the other 10$ will go to the division that your playing with.
Out Of Bounds rules.
The road on ALL holes is counted as OB
On hole 12 there will be a spray painted circle that will create an island. This line is to make an island hole and will play as so. If you do not make the island you will proceed to the drop zone and be shooting with an added stroke. This drop zone will be on the right side in between to trees that should have a log in between them with the letters DZ on it.
On hole 16 there will also be an Island that will be a spray painted mark on the ground that will be a line across the path on that hill. If you do not make the island you will proceed to the drop zone that will be on the right side with a log that has the letter DZ on it.
Before the tournament starts there will be a players meeting at the pavilion to discuss the out of bounds rules more clearly if there are any questions.

Basis of schedule:
9:30 AM Registration will be open
10:40 AM Players meeting
11:00 AM Tee time
12:30 PM Estimated time end of first round
45 minute Lunch
1:15 PM Estimated time of tee off of second round
2:45 PM Estimated time end of second round
After all cards are turned in we will get together at the pavilion and do the raffle drawing
After this payouts and trophies will be given out.
After the tournament there will be a distance competition that will take place at the practice band field and there will be a 10$ entry fee with 5$ going towards the track and field program and the rest going to the top competitors. There will be trophies for this as well.
The times are going to be based on how many people will be there so the times leading up to tee time will flow as normal but times are sure to change based on the amount of people there.
