Join us for this 2-day B-Tier event featuring the new 27 holes each round, totaling 54 holes of disc golf fun!

Event Details:
- Date: June 29th - 30th, 2024
- Location: Fahrens Park, Merced

Fahrens Park, a technical and beautiful disc golf destination for over 20 years, has been maintained by MCDGC/MDGC in partnership with the City of Merced.

Event Highlights:
- Water stations and shade structures on the course.
- 2 CTP Holes (1 each day).
- On-Site Raffle, Ace Pot, and CTP – come prepared!

Merced County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

It is your responsibility to read the below:

Partial refunds will be given per PDGA requirements (section 1.03, see details below).

A $5 fee will be charged to all players who withdraw in addition to the percentages below. Please request refunds via the link in your registration email, the withdraw button on the Players tab for the tournament, or via email to the TD contact email ([email redacted]). Refunds requested via the disc golf scene comments will not be honored.

A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before May 30 (30 days prior to the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between May 31 and June 14th (15 to 29 days prior to registration closing) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after June 13th (14 days prior) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled there will be a 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to June 25th (when registration closes) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
