Crossover Easter BAGsket Raffle 2024
About this tournament
Who doesn't love a good raffle? It's Cheryl's turn to run one. Last Fall we did a raffle and it was very successful. If you have been to any of the Crossover events, you have seen that we have increased merchandise by quite a bit. And that is because of periodic fundraisers. So here we go again. 100% of monies raised go towards making Crossover even better.
Enter in the Easter BAGsket Raffles. Between now and Easter night, we will be collecting peoples guesses to win the raffle prize.
Here's how it works, you can purchase guesses of a number between 1-3000. It's up to you to select the numbers you feel might be lucky. For $5 you get 1 guess. For $10 you get 3 guesses. For $20 you get 7 guesses. On Easter night we will do a live Facebook drawing. We will use a random draw app to produce the winning number. The closest guess wins. We will also have a smaller consolation prize for 2nd place. There will be a series of tie breakers to determine the winner if the same number is chosen, or if their are 2 numbers equal distance from the winning number.
The prizes are:
1st Grand Prize - A Latitude 64 Luxury E4 (retailed for $199), 5 Trilogy discs (Raider, Diamond, Maverick, Justice, Pure (retail value of approximately $90), a Dynamic stool (retails for $35), and entry to 2 Crossover events of choice you want to play in 2024 (non-transferable). The value is well over $350.
2nd Prize - Entry to 1 Crossover event of choice you would like to play in 2024 (non-transferable)
Tickets are as follows:
$5 gets you 1 guess
$10 get you 3 guesses
$20 gets you 7 guesses
IN THE NOTES SECTION OF YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE PUT YOUR NUMBERS YOU ARE PICKING 1-3000 ACCORDING TO HOW MANY YOU PURCHASED.
We've explored different ways to collect the raffle tickets/guesses. The best way to funnel and collect seemed to be through DGS vs online raffle sites. Yes, there is a small fee to use this, but it is less than raffle sites who work off of your fees, then the fees to get the monies collected. Please note, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use the DGS registration link. Even though it says "Check Out With PayPal", once you click on the link, there is an option for Credit/Debit card.
