About this tournament

This is a team disc golf tournament with a BBQ cook off. Teams of 4 will be playing on the big course at Flying Armadillo DGC as well as competing in the cook off. Food scores will be deducted off the team score and top 3 teams will be awarded.

A special prize for the team with the most original name.

Must cook brisket, chicken and pork ribs. Also, must make a side or dessert that is cooked in or on the smoker, it can be anything you can imagine. MEAT AND INGREDIENTS ARE NOT SUPPLIED BY REPUBLIC OF TEXAS DGC.

All team members must play a round. Team members will go on the course on a rough tee time format every 45 minutes so someone can always be at each team's station during the tournament. Teams will not play with each other but with the other team members. No restrictions on pit size, must be unhitched to maximize space. No propane or Traeger pellet smokers.

Additional activities for teams overnight (yes, that means camping) and during Sunday. CARPOOLING IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Entry fee includes...
$40 per player to payout
$5 to ace pot- if ace is hit it goes to the team, not the individual, if not hit it goes to ROTXDGC as tournament funds.
