Aviation Heritage Doubles Fundraiser
About this tournament
This is not an event you want to miss! Our mission is to grow this event into an annual multiday disc golf destination event. Last year we kicked off this annual event as the first ever B tier in Enterprise. This year we are adding the doubles the evening before, and a player party at the park after packed full of games and prizes with music and food. Come practice the course on the tournament layout with a friend for a stress free practice round, and stick around for more fun and games at the player party!
Sign-Ups
- $30 Per Player
- Entry Fee covers 1 free stock run disc of your choosing, and entry into the combine challenge at the player party after the round.
- Bring your own partner and choose the layout you want to play. You can sign up and pay separately, just make sure your team names match up exactly
- Don't have a partner? No problem, sign up in the General Admission and we will pair you later with someone.
- Trophies for all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers!
The Event
- Best disc scramble for all 18 holes
- This will be a shotgun start with 2 teams per hole starting promptly at 1630 (4:30PM)
- Players will be playing the chosen layout in the Tournament specific format
- All normal PDGA rules apply (except trash talk, always encouraged in a best disc dubs event)
The Player Party
After the round, come join us for the player party down the street at the multipurpose fields. There will be music, food trucks, and a slew of mini games to challenge your skills in disc golf! Stick around until the end to participate in the ring of fire with tons of awesome giveaways, and see who is crowned as the combine champ! We will have a disc golf combine challenge comprised of distance, accuracy, putting, and throwing power. All covered by your entry fee in the doubles event already! Bring your friends and family out to enjoy the evening and get them to participate too. Tickets for the challenge will be sold separately
Combine Challenge
- Distance: You will have 3 attempts to throw down a narrow fairway for maximum distance. As a disc golfer it's not just about throwing far, it's about throwing far without going out of bounds! Make sure you land in the fairway or that attempt won't count!
- Accuracy: Distance doesn't matter as much if you can be consistent and accurate on the approach. Test your consistency as you aim for the bullseye approach with 3 shots for maximum points.
- Putting: The staple in every golfers game, putt for the dough from 3 stations that vary in length.
Divisions
GOLD (Advanced, Pro)
BLUE (Intermed, MA40, etc)
RED (Novice, Rec, MA50, etc)
FEMALE (Female Protected)
Awards
Medals will be given to the top finisher in each competition, for each division. Points will be tallied and an overall champion will be crowned for each division as well! Join in for your chance to win up to 4 medals and get the bragging rights as the area's best disc golfer.
