Pana Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Sorry, but no refunds after 8:00 AM CST, Monday May 1, 2023, as I'll be setting cards etc.

| 9:30am - 11:45am | Round 1 |
| 11:50am - 12:45pm | Lunch included in Player Pack. |
| 1:00pm - 3:30pm | Final Round. No player meeting, so report to your starting hole. |
| 3:35pm - 4:00pm | If no ACES during play, then CTP for 50% of ACE pot. The other 50% will be donated for development of the Pana Lake Disc Golf Course. |
| 4:05pm | Payouts. Pathfinder will be onsite for payout exchange. |
